Our 42CrMo Atlas Copco PB series hydraulic breaker piston is the core impact power transmission component for small and medium excavator mounted PB hydraulic rock breakers. This spare part covers all mainstream models PB110 PB160 PB200 PB210 PB310 PB420 and PB530 matching 3–12 ton excavators for municipal and light mining work.

42CrMo alloy steel is our mainstream preferred material for PB series piston. We also provide a full range of alternative alloy steel grades to satisfy various working intensity demands including 40Cr 20CrMo GCr15 40CrNiMo 9Cr2MoV SCM440 SAE4140 SAE4340 with customizable material formula upon demand.

Each piston adopts one piece integral forging craft to eliminate internal micro defects and loose metal structure. Complete quenching and tempering heat treatment forms gradient hardness structure. The striking end owns high surface hardness to boost wear resistance while the main cylinder body maintains excellent toughness to avoid fracture under long term high frequency impact.

All PB series pistons are processed by full automatic CNC precision lathes and inner fine finishing to control ultra tight dimensional tolerance, achieving seamless matching with original breaker cylinder without secondary modification during installation. It delivers stable consistent striking force to reduce blank firing vibration and extra abrasion of guide bushing chisel and other internal components.

Suitable for landscaping rock breaking concrete demolition small tunnel excavation foundation trimming and municipal road renovation projects. Each finished piston passes composition inspection hardness test and continuous impact endurance test to reach OEM replacement standard.
