Atlas Copco MB series hydraulic breaker cylinder is the central main housing that accommodates piston and transfers hydraulic striking power. This core spare part covers all mainstream MB breaker models including MB500 MB700 MB800 MB1000 MB1200 MB1500 MB1600 and MB1700.

We offer multiple high strength alloy steel grades to meet various heavy load working requirements including 40Cr 42CrMo 20CrMo GCr15 40CrNiMo 9Cr2MoV SCM440 SAE4140 SAE4340 and customizable material options. Quenching and tempering heat treatment enhances cylinder wall hardness toughness and high pressure resistance. The inner bore undergoes precision honing processing to achieve ultra smooth surface, minimizing friction loss between cylinder and piston while avoiding oil leakage under long term continuous operation.

All mounting through bolt holes oil passages and assembly connecting surfaces are CNC machined with tight dimensional tolerance for direct OEM replacement without secondary modification. Matched with front head back head and through bolts it forms the complete breaker main body and ensures stable hydraulic power output for quarry mining concrete demolition tunnel excavation and municipal reconstruction works.

Each finished cylinder passes hydraulic pressure test internal flaw inspection bore size measurement and assembly fitting test to reach original equipment interchange standards.
