CAT B series hydraulic breaker cylinder, also known as main cylinder or middle housing, is the core pressure-bearing power structure for CAT B medium hydraulic breakers covering all models B12 to B90. It serves as the installation base for impact piston, seal kits and accumulator components, widely used in municipal demolition, road renovation, landscaping and medium quarry secondary crushing.

Constructed from premium 42CrMo alloy steel via one-piece integral forging and multi-stage stress relief heat treatment. Balanced wall hardness and integral toughness prevent cracking and deformation under long-term high hydraulic pressure and frequent striking loads. The inner bore undergoes precision mirror honing to form ultra-smooth surface, cutting friction scratch between cylinder wall and piston and extending seal service life.

All bolt holes, oil passages and positioning surfaces are CNC precision machined to match OEM assembly standards. Matched with front head and rear accumulator, it forms a sealed power unit to maintain steady impact output without power loss.
