SBC series hydraulic breaker cylinder, also called main cylinder or middle housing, is the core pressure-bearing power structure for medium and heavy-duty Atlas Copco SBC hydraulic breakers, covering all complete models from SBC60 to SBC850. It serves as the main installation carrier for impact piston, seal kits and accumulator diaphragm, widely applied in open-pit quarry rock crushing, large building demolition, highway foundation breaking and tunnel excavation engineering.

Constructed with premium 42CrMo alloy steel through one-piece integral forging and multi-stage stress relief heat treatment, this cylinder achieves balanced wall hardness and integral toughness, effectively avoiding cracking, deformation and oil leakage under long-term high hydraulic pressure and heavy cyclic impact load. The inner hole undergoes precision mirror honing processing to form an ultra-smooth working surface, minimizing friction scratch between cylinder wall and piston, greatly extending service life of piston and sealing components.

All oil passages, bolt holes and assembly positioning surfaces are precisely CNC machined to match original OEM standards. After matched with through bolts, front head and rear accumulator, it forms a fully sealed integrated power unit to maintain stable continuous impact output without power attenuation. Every cylinder undergoes hydraulic pressure tightness test, internal flaw inspection and dimensional calibration to meet original equipment interchange requirements.
