42CrMo Atlas Copco SB Series Solid Body Hydraulic Breaker Hammer VibroSilenced
Atlas Copco SB series hydraulic breaker hammer adopts exclusive Solid Body one-piece integrated housing design, integrating impact mechanism and guide sleeve into a single steel block, eliminating traditional split cylinder and through bolt assembly structure, lighter weight and lower maintenance cost compared with conventional open frame breakers. This compact demolition attachment matches carriers ranging from 0.7 ton mini excavators to 15 ton medium excavators, covering all mainstream models SB50 SB52 SB100 SB102 SB150 SB152 SB200 SB202 SB300 SB302 SB400 SB450 SB452 SB552 SB702 and SB850, widely applied in urban indoor demolition concrete slab removal road asphalt cutting foundation trimming landscaping and small quarry secondary rock breaking works.
All integrated solid body structural parts are forged from premium 42CrMo alloy steel as standard material, with multi-stage quenching and tempering heat treatment to balance surface hardness and overall toughness, effectively resisting deformation and crack under long-term high-frequency impact load. The built-in nitrogen accumulator with anti-fatigue rubber diaphragm is cast into the main body, with simple nitrogen pressure inspection and adjustment without disassembly, greatly reducing daily maintenance time.
