Atlas Copco PB series hydraulic breaker hammer is lightweight light-duty breaking attachment specially designed for compact carriers including mini excavators, backhoes and skid steer loaders within 3–12 ton weight range, covering full lineup PB110 PB160 PB200 PB210 PB310 PB420 and PB530. We provide three mainstream mounting structures to match different site working conditions: TOP TYPE, SIDE TYPE and SILENCED TYPE.
All core load-bearing components including main cylinder, impact piston, front head, through bolt and chisel adopt one-piece integral forging with premium 42CrMo alloy steel as standard material. Multi-stage quenching and tempering heat treatment balances hardness and toughness to resist crack and deformation under long-cycle frequent impact. Complete matching wear plate, buffer, nitrogen diaphragm and FKM PU full seal kits effectively reduce vibration, absorb recoil force and block hydraulic oil leakage.
1. TOP TYPE (Top Mount Open Frame)
Vertical top bracket installation aligned with chisel central axis, featuring longer working reach and stable vertical impact balance. Ideal for deep trenching, foundation breaking and hard rock primary splitting. Open frame layout enables quick inspection and fast replacement of internal wear spare parts, greatly lowering daily maintenance cost.
2. SIDE TYPE (Side Mount Open Frame)
Lateral side bracket compact structure with shorter overall length, outstanding flexibility for narrow trenches, wall demolition and tight urban construction spaces. Wide operator sight and lightweight design deliver superior maneuverability, widely used in landscaping, asphalt cutting and small concrete renovation projects.
3. SILENCED TYPE (Fully Closed Low Noise Box)
Whole closed sound insulation housing equipped with multi-layer vibration damping rubber inside, VibroSilenced Plus damping system reduces operating noise by 10–18 decibels compared with open frame breakers, fully complying with downtown residential noise control regulations. The sealed shell isolates sand and gravel splash, protecting cylinder, piston and bushing from abrasion, the best choice for night construction and downtown demolition works.
