Atlas Copco MB series hydraulic breaker bushing is the core guide wear resistant component for excavator mounted hydraulic rock breakers. This spare part covers all mainstream MB breaker models including MB500 MB700 MB800 MB1000 MB1200 MB1500 MB1600 and MB1700.
We supply a full range of standard alloy steel grades to satisfy different working intensity demands including 40Cr 42CrMo 20CrMo GCr15 40CrNiMo 9Cr2MoV SCM440 SAE4140 SAE4340 with customizable material formula on request. Each bushing is manufactured through integral forging to eliminate internal metal defects and improve structural stability.
Special quenching and tempering heat treatment improves surface hardness and self lubricating performance. The smooth inner surface greatly reduces friction loss between bushing and piston chisel during continuous high frequency impact work.
All MB series guide bushings are processed by high precision CNC equipment to maintain ultra tight dimensional tolerance. Perfect fit with original front head housing keeps the chisel running concentrically, avoiding eccentric wear abnormal noise and early failure of internal breaker parts.
