CAT H series complete bushing assembly consists of inner bush, outer bush and thrust ring, matching small, medium and heavy CAT H hydraulic breakers H160 to H410. This full wear set guides the chisel to move concentrically and bears axial recoil thrust, widely used in landscaping excavation, municipal demolition and large hard rock quarry crushing projects.

All parts are integrally forged from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel and treated with surface quenching hardening. Precision honed inner bush creates smooth contact surface with chisel shank to lower sliding friction; thick outer bush reinforces the front head bearing structure; flat thrust ring absorbs axial impact force to prevent direct metal collision.
