CAT B series hydraulic breaker diaphragm is the core elastic rubber component installed inside the rear nitrogen accumulator of all CAT B medium hydraulic breakers from B12 to B90. As an isolation film between high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil, it stores rebound energy to boost striking efficiency, widely used in municipal demolition, road renovation, landscaping excavation and medium quarry secondary rock crushing projects.

Made of fiber-reinforced HNBR and FKM composite rubber via integrated compression molding. Built-in fiber reinforcement layer enhances tear resistance, avoiding crack and permanent deformation under repeated reciprocating expansion. The material features excellent hydraulic oil resistance and high temperature stability to adapt dusty, high-load construction environments.

Uniform wall thickness and precise OEM dimensions ensure seamless fit with the accumulator cavity, fully blocking gas-oil mixing and nitrogen leakage.
