42CrMo Forged Atlas Copco SBC Series Hydraulic Breaker BUSHING Anti-Friction Guide Wear Spare Parts
SBC series rod pin, also known as tool retainer or chisel lock pin, is a critical locking component for medium and heavy-duty Atlas Copco SBC hydraulic breakers, covering all models from SBC60 to SBC850. It is widely applied in quarry rock crushing, reinforced concrete dismantling, road infrastructure renovation and heavy construction demolition scenarios.
Crafted with high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel via one-piece integral forging and professional heat treatment, this rod pin features excellent tensile strength, shear resistance and impact fatigue resistance. It effectively withstands huge lateral pressure and high-frequency striking force generated during heavy breaking operations.
