tlas Copco MB series hydraulic breaker seal kits are complete maintenance repair packages used to prevent hydraulic oil leakage and block dust impurity ingress inside rock breakers. This full set seal kit fits all mainstream MB breaker models including MB500 MB700 MB800 MB1000 MB1200 MB1500 MB1600 and MB1700.
We supply multiple professional sealing materials adapting different working temperature and oil environments covering NBR FKM Viton PU PTFE HNBR EPDM with customizable material combination upon demand. Each complete kit includes piston seal wear seal dust seal o ring back up ring buffer seal and guide ring to cover all sealing positions of the breaker main body.
NBR delivers cost effective oil resistance for regular construction conditions. FKM Viton withstands high temperature high pressure hydraulic oil for continuous heavy mine operation. PU seal features superior wear resistance while PTFE back up rings avoid seal extrusion under extreme hydraulic pressure.
All seals are precision molded with tight dimensional tolerance for direct OEM replacement without modification. Installing intact seal kits effectively eliminates internal and external oil leakage reduces pressure loss and protects piston cylinder and other core metal components from dust sand and hydraulic medium corrosion.
