Atlas Copco MB series wear plate and buffer are core elastic shock absorbing wear resistant spare parts for excavator mounted hydraulic rock breakers. This accessory fits all mainstream MB breaker models including MB500 MB700 MB800 MB1000 MB1200 MB1500 MB1600 and MB1700.
We provide multiple professional elastic material grades to match different working environments covering CPU-90A CPU-92A CPU-95A TPU-85A TPU-98A NR NBR EPDM CR Compound Rubber with customizable hardness and raw material formula upon request.
The wear plate and buffer are formed by precision compression molding. PU material delivers outstanding abrasion resistance tear resistance and compression stability for heavy mine operation. Nitrile rubber features excellent oil resistance while EPDM performs well under long term outdoor sun and ozone exposure.
