Atlas Copco SB Series Hydraulic Breaker Complete Seal Kits Repair Parts
Atlas Copco SB series hydraulic breaker seal kits are integrated full maintenance repair packages exclusively developed for SB Solid Body one-piece integrated hydraulic demolition breakers, covering all mainstream models SB50 SB52 SB100 SB102 SB150 SB152 SB200 SB202 SB300 SB302 SB400 SB450 SB452 SB552 SB702 and SB850 matched with 0.7–15 ton mini and medium excavators for indoor demolition road asphalt cutting foundation trimming and small quarry secondary crushing works.
We adopt multi-layer composite sealing materials to match different working environments:
- FKM Viton: High temperature oil resistant, anti aging, suitable for continuous heavy-load demolition with high hydraulic oil temperature
- HNBR: Balanced cost performance, good abrasion resistance for daily municipal construction
- PU TPU: Ultra wear-resistant buffer and piston seals, resist impact extrusion deformation
- PTFE Back Up Ring: Prevent seal extrusion under high hydraulic pressure, avoid early rupture failure
- NBR: Standard O-ring and dust wiper material, stable elasticity and low friction coefficient
Every complete seal kit contains all required sealing components for full breaker overhaul, including piston seal, buffer seal, double dust wiper, U-cup rod seal, multi-size O rings, PTFE anti-extrusion back up rings and guide rings, covering the main cylinder impact mechanism, front guide area and nitrogen accumulator auxiliary sealing positions. No extra separate parts purchase needed to simplify on-site maintenance workflow.
All sealing rings are precision compression molded with ultra-tight dimensional tolerance for direct OEM replacement without trimming. Perfect matching with SB series piston cylinder front bushing and diaphragm effectively eliminates internal and external hydraulic oil leakage, reduces pressure loss, stabilizes consistent striking force and lowers abnormal abrasion of core metal spare parts on dusty high-frequency impact construction sites.
Each batch of seal kits passes oil soaking aging test, high pressure compression test and reciprocating friction endurance test to reach original equipment interchange standards. We maintain full stock of all SB series seal kit specifications supporting small repair retail orders and large volume wholesale for demolition contractors machinery rental firms and repair shops. Custom combined seal packages and branded packaging service can be customized for global machinery maintenance factories and spare parts dealers.
