At YULINDINGLI, hardness testing is a core step in quality control for every hydraulic breaker chisel. Using portable Leeb hardness testers, we verify the material meets the optimal HRC 50–58 range for balanced wear resistance and impact toughness.
Testing is conducted on raw steel bars before production and on finished chisels post heat treatment, with multi-point checks across the working tip, body, and shank to ensure uniform hardness. All test data is logged for full traceability.
